With the support from Canadian Fund for Local Initiative, The Embassy of Canada, it is a privilege for  Mahidol Migration Center, in collaboration with Thai Frozen Food Association and Thai Food Processors Association,  to co-organize a workshop on “Dialogues between Migrant Workers and Employers” at Ramada D’ma Hotel, Bangkok.  Associate Professor Dr. Kritaya Archavanitkul, Mr.Andy Hall and Khun Saowapak Suksinchai are key resource persons for the workshop where participants include representatives from migrant workers, Myanmar/Thai Ministry of Labour and Recruiter Agencies and Thai Ministry of Health/Immigration, Thai Frozen Food Association, Thai Food Processing Association, Mae Sot Industrial Association, Employer’s Confederation of Thailand, Myanmar migrant civil society leaders, Myanmar recruitment companies, Migrant Worker Rights Network (MWRN) Mahachai, Migrant Workers Federation/Workers Solidarity Association, Chiangmai.  The dialogues will lead to increase mutual understanding, networking, and trust between migrant workers and employers and develop joint means of advocacy and future researches and collaborations.
